RETURN POLICY:

No cash or credit.

 If an item arrives defective or broken we will gladly re-ship a duplicate  FREE of charge and  we'll pay postage to ship back the defective/broken item.

(You MUST contact us prior to shipping)

 

LIABILITY:

   Seller shall not be liable for failure to deliver or for delays in 

    delivery for causes beyond sellerís control. Sellerís liability is limited  

    to the RETAIL price of any defective goods.

 

WARRANTIES:

     The seller gives no warranty, expressed or implied as to any matter.

    The seller is in no way responsible for the use of the merchandise

    or  damages resulting there from.

 

VOIDING ORDERS:

We reserve the right to void, cancel or refund money on orders that are incomplete or cannot be verified through our credit card or telephone verification processing. 

This is ESPECIALLY related to Overseas orders.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

     This website does NOT share ANY data or information, sent to us, (whether email addresses or personal ordering information) with ANY outside sources or 3rd party businesses. The one exception is for necessary personal data to process sales orders to our credit card processing company. 

 

DELIVERY QUESTIONS:

     How soon will I receive my merchandise?

              We generally process and send out your order within 5-7 days (unless it's a weekend or holiday) It normally takes 3-5 days from the time we send out your order until the time it  arrives at your door. We currently use United States Postal Service for our delivery carrier.

     Will I need to be home to receive my package?

                 On domestic orders over $39.00 we generally will ship with a "signature confirmation" requirement. If you are NOT home to sign for your package....PLEASE specify a daytime address where we can ship your merchandise (preferably a business location)

     Can I track my package?

           Only Express mail is trackable.

               We do not track your package and are not set up to send out a shipping confirmation email.  If you want your signature or delivery confirmation # please email us and we will send you the # .

You can assume your package will arrive within 2-4 days after shipping.

      I did NOT receive a purchase confirmation!

               You will only receive a purchase confirmation if you enter a correct email address during the credit card billing .Sometimes mistakes happen and you might have accidentally entered a 'typo'. If you do NOT receive a purchase confirmation within 1/2 hour of your order, please email us at RSE@DeanMartin.tv to request a copy.

 

      It's been 2 weeks....where is my package?

                If your package hasn't arrive in 14 days, please email us at 

RSE@DeanMartin.tv to have us 'track' your package.

 

ORDERING QUESTIONS:

 

 

I DON'T WANT TO GIVE OUT MY eMAIL ADDRESS or PHONE # WHEN I ORDER.

           To completely process your order you need to fill in a CORRECT eMail address so we can send you a receipt and VERIFY your order PLUS a HOME phone # & home address. If you are shipping to a business location PLEASE send the name of the business along with the address...... Without these items, your order may NOT be processed and WILL slow down or cause your order to be voided.

        Your eMail address AND HOME address & phone # will NEVER be sold, leased, rented, or released to anyone.

    SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

 

Our new postage program is tied into the USPS computer and NOW calculates postage domestically & internationally.

       

     Can merchandise be shipped overseas?

        YES

 

Additional International Shipping Information

Exchange/Currency
        The only form of payment we accept for international customers is a major credit card or  International "bank issued" money orders in US currency. All payments to   RobertSEnslerPresents.com are in US Dollars. You may want to contact your credit card issuer regarding exchange rates. We are unable to answer any specific exchange rates for you. Once again, these questions are best answered by your bank.

Additional Expenses
        VAT, GST, or customs fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, but we cannot assume to know how much, or if there are fees for any International/Canada package. Please check with your country's customs office for more information
.

 

 

   Product Information:

 

   What is your return and warranty policy?
